Go to the App Store on your iPad or iPhone. Search for the OverDrive Media Console from Overdrive, Inc. and install:
Open the Overdrive App. Sign in with your Adobe ID (if you don’t have an Adobe ID, register for one). You must have an Adobe ID, in order to read Library books on your iPad or iPhone:
After you have signed in with your Adobe ID, tap Get Books:
Tap Add a Library:
Type Tewksbury then tap Search:
Choose the Tewksbury Public Library in Tewksbury, MA (who knew there was one in NJ?):
Tap Merrimack Valley Library Consortium:
You will be directed to the mobile edition of MVLC Overdrive Digital Downloads. Login using your 14-digit library barcode:

You can download Adobe EPUB eBooks and MP3 AudioBooks from the Library onto your iPad or iPhone using the Overdrive App. You can also download Kindle books by using the Kindle app on your iPad or iPhone, but that’s for another instructional session!

Below, we browsed all Adobe EPUB non-fiction. To check out The Geeks’ Guide to World Domination, click Add to Bookbag. Think of the Bookbag as a shopping cart (if a book is not available for immediate check out, click Place a Hold. When the hold is available for check out, you will receive an email notification and you will have 3 days to check out the eBook or Audiobook.)
To check out the item from My Bookbag, click Proceed to Checkout:
Some eBooks and Audiobooks have a specified checkout period. Others you can choose from 7, 14, or 21 days. Once you’ve determined the lending period, click Confirm Check Out:
To download your Adobe EPUB eBook directly to your iPad or iPhone, click Download:
